§ 1-402. Duties as executive head.

The city administrator is designated as the chief administrative officer of the city for the purposes of T.C.A. title 38, chapter 9 (civil emergencies). The mayor is designated as the substitute officer of the city pursuant to T.C.A. section 38-9-101(4).
