§ 19-101. Providers of Gas.

Latest version.

Gas service shall be provided to the city and its inhabitants by local providers and/or through providers with approved franchise agreements. The rights, powers, duties, and obligations of the city and its inhabitants, are stated in the agreements between the parties.
